Has anyone else come across the following- call to TC would not discuss case with rep as authorisation not registetred.After some discussion and advice that another will have to be sent in offered to pass handset to client but was adfvised he would have to call back!After further discussion did so - could not get through - is this something that could be taken further?Toby
