End of set AIP
Mon 16-Apr-07 03:54 PM

My clients are 60 and 65 yo and in an AIP. CPAG states it will end when "you reach (or in the case of a couple, the other person reaches) the age of 65".

I can't get my head around this as one of you must be 65 and the other 60 before it's even set.

Will the AIP last for the full 5 years or only until the 60 yo reaches 65?
