Self employed A8 types

You guessed it... It's another R2R case.

Page 859 of the 9/10 Rowland & White adjudication and euro legislation book would have us believe that denying self employed A8 types a right to reside if they come out of self employment is a "controversial proposition under Community Law"...

Why?

I know UTJ Rowland recently said it might be an unfortunate consequence of the WRS scheme that self employed people need to do their 12 months registered employment. I am in a position where I hope to argue against that as the SoS's rep has recently thrown that very decision at me in his application to appeal against my previously self employed person's successful IS appeal.

Anyone at the CPAG SSU may be thinking "that doesn't sound like the reason he's been emailing" well you're right, I've done that one now and off into pastures new. You've got my email address if you want a word.
