Hi,
Does anyone with good recall remember what happened between 2002/3 and 2003/4 when DPTC ceased and WTC started. Was it necessary to claim afresh to go from one to the other? Was there any migration of claimants?
Can't remember for the life of me and there's nothing helpful about the transition in the books, as far as I can see.
