I have a case which I have just won at Upper tier tribunal with decision set aside and case remitted for new tribunal. Main reason that tribunal failed to take into account supportive evidence including an IB medical report. I thought I had read somewhere recently that an UTT judge had commented that DWP should be reconsidering cases where appropriate following UTT decsions and at least submitting appendix submissions if not changing decisions. I cannot for the life of me think where I read this (unless I'm dreaming about work as well now!). Has anyone else seen this - was it in a UTT decision and if so what is the reference number.
