I've been trying to confirm the correct rates for someone on incapacity benefit, who also should get the adult addition and age additions.

Unfortunately our copy of the 17th addition of CPAG's 'Rights guide to non-means-tested benefits' has vanished without trace.

If someone could check and confirm the rates and tell me I'd be very grateful.

However from the information I do have, the rates of payment for payment under the transitional rules from invalidity to incapacity are 'more generous' (in respect to the age additions and, I believe adult additions) - to quote CPAG... these more generous rates don't appear to be listed on the benefits rates page.

to qualify, the IFS information at http://www.ifs.org.uk/ff/ib.xls only indicates upratings till April 1999, do you know if the transistional rules have continued to be uprated?

Disability Rights Handbook 30th Edition pages 84-85 is pretty clear.
