Gillies - is there an appeal?
Tue 10-Feb-04 04:21 PM

I have 3 cases which were stayed at commissioners pending Gillies - 2 of them can probably be sucessful on other grounds but the other grounds in the third are a bit iffy.

Is leave to appeal being sought in Gillies?

Legal Aid has been applied for in connection with this matter and the Judicial Office of the House of Lords have been informed of Mr Gillies intention.

Once the Legal Aid Application is determined he will have a month to lodge his appeal.
