Testicular Pain Tue 10-Feb-09 01:40 PM
I have a client who is currenly in receipt of high rate mobility which was withdrawn after the renewal stage. He was in receipt of high rate mobility based the virtually unable to walk test due to post operative pain following a testicular operation. He is in pain immediately with the onset on walking. We are assisting him with an appeal and I was wondering if anyone has helped someone with a similar case or if anyone know sof any caselaw which could help his appeal.

Remember it is not the condition that dictates, it is the affect of the condition on the claimants ability to walk,so if he is in severe discomfort, speed , time etc he should receive Mobility
