DWP decide to apply 6 month sanction in 3/04, DWP say that cl failed to apply for a job in 11/03. because of the time since the incident it is very difficult for the Cl to obtain evidence to challenge sanction.
at time of incident CL was claiming as a single person and of NFA, in 3/04 Cl is claiming as couple living with partner and child
It doesn't seem fair to wait so long to apply sanction, does anyone know of any caselaw etc, regarding this?
