The Benefits Advice Team in Torfaen Social Services have been asked to compile a Procedures Manual, encompassing all aspects of our work. (This is not specifically to gain quality accreditation at this time but this will be a future consideration.) Would anybody have a manual of this type that we could look at to point us in the right direction? We would be very grateful for any help you may have to offer!
