Can anyone tell me where I find the legislation saying that people can get FSM for their children if they get Pansion Guarantee credit.
s512 of the 1996 Education Act (as amended)seems to refer only to IS and JSA. Indeed CPAG handbook does not mention PGC.

SPC(G) recipients with children should get max CTC and so should qualify for FSMs via the ordinary Education (Free School Lunches)
