I've just been told by TAS that there is going to be massive changes to their structure.

Our regional office is the Leeds office but apparently that office is to close along with all other regional offices. All activities are to be moved to Burnley and the appeals process will be handled by a 'call centre'.

This sounds a nightmare...does anyone know more?
