I've been asked to prepare a brief talk for local gurkhas in relation to benefit entitlement following the recent judgement for pre 1997 gurkhas. My understanding is that gurkhas in this situation should be given ILR and therefore full access to the benefits system but I can't find any specific information. Does anyone out there have any ideas/sources of info? Thanks!
