I'm trying to lay my hands on two Commissioners' cases on Carer's Allowance (or Invalid Care Allowance, as it was then called), both referred to in Bonner in relation to the 'not gainfully employed' criterion. They are CG/58/1993 and CG/58/1992.

Fruitless so far have been: the database on the Commissioners' (Upper Tribunal) website; Briefcase; direct contact with the Upper Tribunal (very helpful but they were unable to lay their hands on these); Neligan's Digest; BAILII; Google.

Any suggestions for where else I might look would be hugely appreciated. I suspect they may turn out not to be directly relevant to the point I am arguing, but I don't like appearing without knowing the area inside out...
