The HMRC tax credits computer system will be unavailable due to a planned routine system upgrade from 04/04/08 until 07/04/08 inclusive. The tax credits Helpline will be open as normal but Helpline advisers will not be able to make any changes to claimants' records on the days when the system is unavailable
