I would be grateful for any update on this point, other decisions etc. I have a client suffering from a mental health condition who was found fit for work after a PCA. There is no evidence that an IB113 (SS) was requested or exemption under reg 10 ICB gen regs 95 was actively considered. Presently waiting for an appeal date.
