Just double checking to see I've got this one right:

Will the WTC 4 week run on always count as income for Income Support purposes? My client has had an overpayment decision for Inc Supp, when this was awarded and in payment before the WTC 4 week run on decision was made and paid

The Inc Supp overpayment is for the period 12/12/8 to 8/1/9 and the WTC run on decision was made on 7/1/9 and paid on 20/1/9, if that makes any difference.

I don't think she has any grounds for appealling the overpayment. Anyone care to suggest otherwise?
