Taking into account the 'incapacity condition' route to the disability premium, this means that if a b-dated sick note is provided for someone who claims normal incap ben then they could be on a short term incap ben but with a dis prem applied to their means tested bens. Does this also apply to a person claiming incap ben in youth? ie that they can have a dis prem applied before they have moved on to long term incap ben? had a mental block and can't find it in writing to make clear!
