Income from boarders is counted as income under Reg 15 of PCR. Does this apply if the boarder is a close relative and therefore a non dependant? According to the Decision Makers Guide (Vol 14 - 85230) this doesn't apply to non-dependants. However I can find no statutory basis for this.
