Have two very complex cases on the go at the moment.

1) One involving income support capital - I can't go into too much detail but it is unusual to say the least and involves a third party (in this case a partner who was NOT part of the actual claim as they lived in Spain) depositing a large amount of capital into the claimants acct.

I'm looking through CPAG and it looks as if I need to analyse IS Reg 51 (3)(b) IS Regs

Has anyone got a quick link to these regs? I've got the decision makers guide but I can't find the Regs online.

2) Case number 2 involves Carers Allowance and the rules around substantially caring. It is bizarre, basically the dept are saying that as social services started caring for the disabled person the carer was no longer providing care.

Again, I've found the stuff I need in relation to Carers Allowance in the Decsion Makers Guide but I need to look closely at:

Reg 4 (1) SS (ICA) Regs

and

Reg 8 (1) SS (ICA) Regs

Why am I having so much trouble finding the regs online?

I must be missing something but it would be great if anyone can help with links or by pointing me in the right direction.
