reasonably required attention and AA
Mon 08-Mar-10 04:12 PM

Hello, I am working on a submission for an AA appeal and am looking for any case law that refers to the definition of 'reasonably required'.

This case is about whther it is reason that the client's wife assists him with his oxygen at night or he can use it him self if 'necessary'.

Thank you

The main decision on "reasonably requires" rather than "medically requires" is R(A)3/86.

There are helpful references to a range of useful caselaw on the Disability Alliance website under "Benefits" and then "DLA +AA case law summaries".

Hope that this is of some help.

Regards

Chris
