Hi
Just to flag up a potential problem with renewals of IIDB awards. Where the processing of claims/dealing with ongoing awards has been passed from one DWP office to another, letters reminding claimants to renew their awards of constant attendance allowance are not being sent out. Their awards are reduced and its up to them to notice and ask for it to be looked at again.
