GETTING INCAP CLAIMANTS BACK TO WORK .....

As part of a discussion on Radio 2 about 45 mins ago, there was a Lady from an organisation called "Tomorrows World" (Honest) which works in Doctors surgeries in Camden - apparently, where a GP feels that a patient would benefit from considering a return to work he can refer them to these people - is there anyone out there from Camden who could shed more light on how this works and who funds it ?
