Tax Credits Overpayment Recovery Wed 28-Jul-04 10:10 AM
Hi all, My client was overpaid WTC and CTC for 5 months. Stopped work through severe depression and did not tell IR. Did not make claim for IS and C Tax benefits until October. I am going to ask for the amount of IS and CTB she was due to be subtracted from the overpayment of TC's. Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to do this, please?
