Transfers and cancellations
If a participant cannot attend a course a colleague from the same organisation can take their place. Otherwise course transfers are subject to a £30 + VAT administrative charge.
Cancellations must be made in writing - if we receive a cancellation within 20 working days of the date of the course the full fee remains payable.
Where a cancellation is received more than 20 working days before the date of the course we will give you a credit note for another course or a full refund. There is an administrative charge of £30 + VAT.
Occasionally we are forced to postpone a course, for instance due to sickness. If so we will advise you as soon as possible and try our best to rearrange another date that suits you. If you are unable to attend an alternative date you are entitled to a refund.
