The question of when a person has a right to reside is frequently considered by the Upper Tribunal and the higher domestic and European courts, and the emerging case law can significantly extend or restrict the circumstances in which a person coming to the UK after a period abroad can be entitled to benefit.
This half day workshop examines the latest case law developments - in addition to any new legislative changes - and explores what they mean and who they affect.
