- Tips to avoid overpayments
- Misrepresentations and a ‘failure to disclose a material fact’
- Decision-making and recovery rules
- How case law can help in an appeal against recovery
- When overpayments can be non-recoverable
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Understand the process of decision making
- Identify the relevant law for overpayments
- Present a legal argument against an overpayment recovery decision
- Apply the law in your arguments against recovery
