- Which benefits they are excluded from and what the exceptions are
- What is the relevance of having 'recourse to public funds'
- The benefit entitlements of people living with partners or children with different immigration statuses
- What are the benefits implications of a change in immigration status

- Understand your clients' eligibility for benefits
