Post-course support

We don’t forget about you once you’ve been on one of our courses!

If your organisation doesn’t already have access to our award-winning ‘rightsnet’ website, then we can provide you with free access after you’ve attended your training event or workshop with us, to support you as you put the theory into practice.

Transfers and cancellations

If a participant cannot attend a course a colleague from the same organisation can take their place. Otherwise course transfers are subject to a £30 + VAT administrative charge.

Cancellations must be made in writing - if we receive a cancellation within 20 working days of the date of the course the full fee remains payable.

Where a cancellation is received more than 20 working days before the date of the course we will give you a credit note for another course or a full refund. There is an administrative charge of £30 + VAT.

Occasionally we are forced to postpone a course, for instance due to sickness. If so we will advise you as soon as possible and try our best to rearrange another date that suits you. If you are unable to attend an alternative date you are entitled to a refund.

How to pay

Please do not send payment with your booking. We will invoice your organisation as soon as we confirm availability and cost. The invoice will include BACS details and we would appreciate payment as soon as possible. If there is a problem with the course(s) or the cost, we will contact you.

Course confirmation and a map to the venue are sent out 7–10 days before the course takes place - please ensure we have the correct email and postal address for contacting participants.
