Course participants can continue to access support from us in putting their learning into practice, through our online adviser forums.
All cancellations and transfers should be made via email, rather than a phone call.
If a participant cannot attend a course, a colleague from the same organisation can take their place. Just email us to let us know.
Cancellations must be made in writing - if we receive a cancellation within 4 weeks of the date of the course the full fee remains payable. Where a cancellation is received more than 4 weeks before the date of the course we will give you a credit note for another course or a full refund. There is an administrative charge of £30 + VAT.
Occasionally we are forced to postpone a course, for instance due to sickness. If so we will advise you as soon as possible and try our best to rearrange another date that suits you. If you are unable to attend an alternative date you are entitled to a refund.
Please do not send payment with your booking. We will invoice your organisation as soon as we confirm your place, usually within 24 hours of your booking.
