Whether you are new or returning to welfare rights, or looking for an update or refresher course, our training courses and workshops will help you give the best advice to your clients and maximise their income.

Our welfare rights training is provided by an expert team of trainers, who all have direct experience of the advice field and welfare rights sector, and we can also provide you with in-house training which can be tailored for your organisation's needs.
Our training is supplemented by case studies, exercises and quizzes throughout the day, and a take-home course booklet to support your future learning. All our full day courses are Law Society accredited, and refreshments and a light lunch from the Crisis Skylight Café are also included on our full day courses.

If your organisation doesn’t already have access to our award-winning ‘rightsnet’ website, then we can provide you with free access after you’ve attended your training event or workshop with us, to support you as you put the theory into practice.
