About the rightsnet subscription service

A subscription to rightsnet’s news and caselaw service provides access to –

  • user-friendly summaries of significant benefit and tax credit related caselaw - including fully searchable and cross referenced summaries of the latest welfare rights caselaw from the Upper Tribunal, and from the higher courts including the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
