Support Worker for unpaid carers - contract for 1 year 6 months (extendable); 17.5 hours per week; £22,000 pro-rata plus 5% pension.
Are you an experienced group worker and can you monitor and evaluate your work? Would you be able to carry out Carers Assessments for respite breaks? Are you I.T literate familiar with databases? Then you might be who we are looking for.
