Working as part of a team including Community Workers a Social Worker and Childrens Worker you will offer debt counselling and benefit advice to local residents.
You will work closely with the Credit Union to develop initiatives including a bill paying service. You will give face to face advice, undertake home visits,represent at County Court and Appeal tribunals.
You will have 2 years experience in money advice or welfare rights.
This post is funded by Severn Trent Trust Fund for 2 years.
