Full-time hours per week. Band 6 £29,924 - £38,591 inclusive of 20% HCAS

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Welfare Rights Adviser to provide a casework service to mental health clients within a multi-disciplinary setting. Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust supports 4 Welfare Rights Advisers embedded with Community Mental Health Teams in Camden.
You must be completely self-servicing, and have excellent interpersonal skills to advocate on behalf of a challenging client group. You will be expected to represent your clients on incapacity issues up to Appeal level and be ready for compliance changes imposed by the Welfare Reform Act.
