Due to continued support of the professional development of our team and subsequent progression, an opportunity has arisen within the Advice and Representation Centre (ARC) for the post of Senior Adviser. The ARC provides high quality, confidential advice to all students of Brunel University, West London and is proud to hold the Community Legal Service Quality Mark.

You will be an enthusiastic team player seeking to join our established team of professional advisers and Executive officers committed to advising students in issues such as Housing, Academic issues, Immigration, Employment, Student Funding and Benefits.

The role is further to support the Social Policy development work of the Executive officers, helping them meet the aims and objectives of their year in office, representing students.

You will have experience of managing a diverse client caseload, working to deadlines within a busy open plan office and working within a confidential environment. Experience of advice work is desirable in either Immigration, Housing advice, Benefits, Student Funding or University Procedures. Experience of the Higher Education sector and/or working with students is an advantage.
