Lasa operates two welfare benefits and tax credit advice lines, one for London-based generalist agencies, and a second for Specialist level advisers in Wales.
We are seeking experienced welfare rights advice workers, with a thorough knowledge of the benefits system and excellent telephone support skills to help provide locum cover for these services.
We are looking for advisers who are able to offer one or more 3 hour advice line sessions per week (10:30am – 13:30pm, or 14:00pm – 17:00pm) between Monday and Friday.
The session rate is £25 per hour (gross).

NB - we will also consider approaches from organisations wishing to place a worker with Lasa on secondment to cover the sessions.
