18.5 hours per week. Up to £12,660 per annum (NJC Scale Pt 29-31, including10% in lieu of pension)

Huntingdon Law Centre (a project of Advice for Life) urgently require an experienced Debt/Welfare Benefits Adviser with at least two years experience.
Duties will include providing advice to the Law Centre's clients in the areas of debt and welfare benefits, and to follow-up this advice where appropriate with the relevant agencies to facilitate the successful resolution of problems, using legal and non-legal remedies, as appropriate.
The position will be based in the Huntingdon Law Centre, but the successful candidate will also be expected to travel in order to deliver our Outreach Advice sessions, therefore a driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
