hopefully someone can help clear this up for me as i cant quite get my head around the way this is written in the CPAG book.

page 1537 of the current edition of the cpag book says “there is no time limit on how long you can have the right to reside as a job seeker” but the following page seems to indicate that someone having the right to reside would need to have an absence after a period of 91 days (although this isnt being enforced enforced).

am i picking this up totally wrong because that reads to me like there is a time limit if there has to be an absence after 91 days?

I rarely get queries from EEA nationals these days so i admit to being slightly out of touch in this area.
