New claim after old one turned down at WCA, no record of phone calls
Ever heard of a claim under deterioration of health condtion not being logged and then turned down by phone with no paperwork or phone calls logged?
If I was to take a wild stab in the dark I’d say the likeliest explanation is that client rang to try to initiate a further claim/ask about claiming again and was put off (told there was no point probably, or similar).
