claimant commitment during ESA mandatoy reconsiderationrt
Client completed MAN RECON and has been given a claimant commitment that she is obviously unable to adhere to.
Has anyone successfully had a change in the commitment?
This is first time I’ve had a problem with the job centre..
Give them a sick note and she should drop into an extended period of sickness.
