SUPPORT FOR MORTGAGE INTEREST SMI
My client is on SSP only for 8 weeks, and may then claim ESA. If she claims IS to get SMI now, then claims ESA with SMI in 8 weeks, will the 8 weeks count toward the 39 week waiting period for SMI through ESA?
