Claimant completes form poorly. Case Law
I have a client who completed her PIP form poorly. Is anyone aware of case law which addresses the unreliability of such forms?
If you mean an “unreliability” in the claimant’s completion of the form (as opposed to a deficiency in the design of the claim form itself), then CA/1481/2003, as mentioned by nevip in this recent thread, may be of help.
