I still chuckle about the time when on the blower to TCO, I could overhear someone in the background singing ‘No no, NINO’ to the tune of ‘No no limits’.

Until Freud said this, I wasn’t finding phone waits much of a problem, but there has now been a noticeable worsening.

28 minutes wait for TCO yesterday.

It’s true that Freud has an “inverse Midas touch”. Everything he touches turns to s**t!

Just been on hold from 17.25 through to the lines closing at 18.00. Admittedly that is after 5 but if you advertise as the lines being open to 6 you should at least try and get near to the daytime standard.

.

Never mind after 5, they are supposed to be less busy before 9 yet I’m not sure whether I fell asleep; not having long woken up, or fell into a coma inspired by the the drone of Vivaldi at 8.40 this morning.

Suffice to say I gave up after 11 minutes.

Special music for Dan;  Nessun Dorma (‘none shall sleep’ for those of us who aren’t pretentious enough for the opera)

On ringing contact centre this morning I inexplicably found myself speaking to the Bereavement Service. I’m certain I pressed the ESA option. Either it was a Freudian slip or they’re trying to tell me something.

28 minutes to ESA yesterday before speaking to an actual person. And then they cut me off just after I gave them the NINO…

I’ve had so many hangups after 11 minutes I gave up on that this week; I’ve just done 14 minutes on hold for ESA.

I’m doing the 7 tracks for 7 days thing on Farcebook; I wonder whether anyone’s put the hold music on youtube?
