Challenging Work Programme Sanctions

Presenters were Martin Williams, Mike Spencer and Tom Royston, with thansk to all of them.

And thanks to all things learned at the CPAG seminar helped a claimant win my first sanctioned JSA appeal. No MEN. Less than 24hrs to complete task. No reasonable prospect of employment. Judge agreed. Appeal allowed and 13 week high level sanction to be paid back to claimant.
