And thanks to all things learned at the CPAG seminar helped a claimant win my first sanctioned JSA appeal. No MEN. Less than 24hrs to complete task. No reasonable prospect of employment. Judge agreed. Appeal allowed and 13 week high level sanction to be paid back to claimant.

Excellent news!

I thought the seminar was really good - well worth checking out the presentations for practical ways to challenge sanctions decisions….
