I have client who got CB ESA for one year in the WRAG but , due to capital and so forth, was not entitled to IR ESA when the CB ESA ended.

The WRAG decision was made too long ago to appeal.

His condition has got worse and he is on the waiting list for reassessment. If he now gets put in the SG will his CB ESA be reinstated?

I’m sorry if this is an obvious question, I’ve looked in the Handbook but I seem to have just confused myself (and it’s not even Friday!)

thanks

Pete
