Anyone know what one of these is?
My understanding is that it’s an internal form. Dunno what for though. I nearly posted teh same a few weeks ago but the adviser on the helpline figured it out as we were chatting.
It’s odd, because a claimant of mine got a letter from ESA saying he hadn’t returned an ESA75. Due to his disability he didn’t know what it was or whether he had recieved one. I assume it must have been a typo and they meant ESA50.
