A8 Worker Registration Certificates
Yep… this old chestnut. I’m glad to say I’ve finally figured out how to work the archive but couldn’t find what I’m looking for.
On the old WR certs, if there was a job start date specified, is that evidence that the application for registration was made within a month of the job start date?
I’ve got an R2R appeal for an A8 national that hinges on permanent residence from work done between 2008 & 2013 so this will be material.
