From my point of view it’s handy because it mandates Medical Services to obtain medical evidence for vulnerable clients (it used to be at page 18 but I don’t know with the updated one yet I haven’t checked) and I’ve successfully argued a breach of S6 Human Rights Act that rendered a supersession unlawful where they failed to do so.
