State Pension and CTB/CTS
A client of mine has received a demand for over paid benefit - both CTB and CTS - because they did not uprate his state pension properly. This only came to light when they were investigating a potential non Dependent deduction. I’ve always assumed HB have access to his correct SP figure. If it is their mistake that they have not applied the correct figure, does he have to repay?
