How do

Save me a load of book work would you? I could swear that somewhere someone has cited a regulation that imparts a discretion on the Sec State to treat the date of claim for PIP from an earlier date. I can;t find it in the search; I can’t remember the wording that was used.

Can anyone remember where it was?

Cheers

There is some discretion to treat defective claims as being made earlier than they are made properly - see ADM at 2050 - 2062 - but I’m not aware of anything else. What are you trying to argue?

Thanks Billy

I think I must have dreamed it… again!

I don’t want to develop my argument on here (for a change) as it’s prone to being legislated around before we get it into the system; if it’s even got legs in the first place which I’m not sure of at present.
